Descripción
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and understand logistics needs, forecasting demand, and developing procurement strategies accordingly.
· Negotiating contracts, terms and pricing for logistics services, including Road/Sea/Air inbound/outbound transportation (Domestic/Import/Export), Customs Clearance, Warehousing etc for Latam region, focusing on Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru and Colombia
· Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, conducting supplier audits, and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
· Analyzing market trends, monitoring logistics costs, and implementing strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce expenses while maintaining quality and service levels.
· Utilizing data analysis tools and techniques to evaluate procurement performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide insights for decision-making.
· Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the regional logistics procurement function, including process enhancements, cost savings initiatives, and technology adoption.
Generating purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and price details

· Knowledge and experience on SAP – freight Module, Excel, Power Point & Power BI
