We provide comprehensive services including sales, rentals, and maintenance to ensure carts and vehicles are always ready to roll. We are hiring for a new coordinator to join our team to support different activities in our growing business. We are hiring for one of two roles - Administrative Coordinator or Rental and Sales Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and your team by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Understand and track equipment inventory and utilization, logistics for deliveries and pickups, including scheduling, routing, and ensuring timely arrivals.
Coordinate regular inspections and repairs of rental equipment to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Oversee the assembly process of golf carts, including coordinating parts delivery, managing the quality control process, and sending the customers final sales packages.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide quotations, support to resolve issues or concerns.
Process rental and sales agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation as required.
Collaborate to identify sales opportunities and promote our offering to new and existing clients.
Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Report performance metrics including to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Strong communication skills, multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with an Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) -Odoo, renal software (Rentall) and Microsoft Office suite software.
Must speak English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
2+ years of experience in a sales / rental support or coordination role.
Hours:
Monday to Saturday 8:00-4:00 pm.
Flexibility to work overtime when required to support the business.
On call for emergency request afterhours when requested (WhatsApp, Phone, Email, etc.).
