Responsibilities

This is a customer service focused role within the Purchasing team that ensures existing order information is up to date and accurate. Will assist the Purchasing team with following up on order related issues and tasks such as: Order Inquiries:

• Processing tickets/incidents from customers requesting order status and delivery information
• Processing tickets/incidents from suppliers requesting clarification of order information
• Contacting suppliers (via ticket/incident and by phone) for confirmation information
• Order lines with confirmations outside of price tolerance
• Notify suppliers via ticket/incident that pricing changes over PO price must be evaluated by the customer (standard text and escalation procedure will be outlined)

Qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English and French
• Computer skills
• Purchasing experience desirable

6:00 am to 4:00 pm
