We are looking for a FINANCE MANAGER.

Requirements:

·      Experience: 5-8 years in accounting, with leadership experience, and 5 years in tax compliance. Experience in team management.

·      Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Mexican accounting standards and tax legislation. Advanced Excel skills and ERP software experience.

·      Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (a Master's is a plus). Professional certification in accounting or tax is desirable.

Activities:

·      Monthly budget control and support the annual budget preparation.

·      Prepare financial information.

·      Analyze financial data and explain key variations in financial ratios and deviations from the budget.

·      Supervise the preparation of bank reconciliations for period closure.

·      Manage and control the operational and strategic information of the business.

·      Establish and implement internal administrative procedures.

·      ensure timely response to requests from Municipal, State, and Federal authorities.

·      Supervise accounting, tax, costing, treasury, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) areas.
