The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful implementation of projects. This includes ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with expected results. The Project Manager will work closely with clients to develop project plans, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and ensure that all project deliverables meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
The essential functions of this role include:
Support the development of project charters and timelines
Monitor and track project progress and budget (when applicable) to ensure all project deliverables are met within scope
Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to ensure successful project completion
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
Lead project teams and manage resources
Provide regular project status reports and visibility to all the relevant stakeholders
Develop and maintain project documentation.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
PMP Certification (desirable)
2+ years of experience in project management
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
