POSITION: COMMERCIAL MANAGER

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Strategic leader who drives the company's growth and profitability through effective management of commercial resources, development of innovative strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and collaborators.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Client relationship management:

* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, as well as identify new business opportunities and attract new clients.

* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group goals, evaluate their performance, and provide feedback.

* Market and trend analysis.

* Setting and monitoring objectives and KPIs.

* Budget and resource management.

* Negotiation with clients and suppliers.

* Adaptation to a changing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Must hold degree.

5 years or more managing sales campaigns:

Insurance

Credit Card Sales

English (able to hold a conversation)

Excellent personality

KNOWLEDGE:
