Job Description
Title: International Territory Sales Manager
Career Level: Mid-Level
Department: International Sales
Reports to: District Manager – International Sales
FLSA Status: Exempt
Date: Feb 7, 2024
Job Summary: To support sales efforts and develop sales growth strategies with the territory managers within the assigned region to include interaction with existing customers and regional prospects as well as engage with assigned territory managers in a coaching, guidance and providing support. This position will require travel into international regions to meet with customers, prospects, and engage in projects and development of activities related to the growth strategy implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Contacts customers and potential customers via telephone and in person to determine their needs and sell our products and programs.
? Attains assigned sales goals and objectives.
? Prepares orders as required and follow-up as necessary to assure timely and accurate delivery.
? Plans and manages travel and travel related expenses.
? Prepares and maintains records of contacts and sales.
? Attends our dealer markets to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
? Prospects for new business in the area to which he/she is assigned.
? Executes competitive conversions.
? Increases dealer participation in our buying and marketing programs.
? Makes dealer presentations on all sales and marketing related issues to existing or prospective accounts.
? Participates in planning, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategy.
? Provides feedback to the Home Office concerning other sales activities in the assigned region.
? Attends and participates in management and training meetings.
? Represents the company at customer functions, regional functions and trade shows designed to increase market awareness and build goodwill with the customer base.
? Reviews and reports progress toward the achievement of sales goals.
? Supports advertising and promotional campaigns.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
? Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience within the Hardware/Home Improvement industry being preferred.
? Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
? Working knowledge of Gmail, G Suite Products, and Microsoft Office products to include Word and Excel.
? International travel up to 80% is required.
? Travel to our Dealer Markets twice a year is required.
Supervisory Responsibility: None.
