Job Title: Performance Tester

What do you need for this challenge?

• Design, develop, and maintain performance testing scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.
• Define performance testing strategies and create detailed test plans based on performance requirements and KPIs.
• Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests across various application environments (Web, API, backend).
• Identify systemic performance issues through architecture reviews, performance benchmarks, and diagnostics.
• Monitor system performance using APM tools (good to have).
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and potential performance improvements.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance.
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on performance testing findings.
• Participate in architectural reviews to assess performance risks.
• Mentor junior QA and performance engineers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and frameworks.

Bachelor's degree: Systems Engineer or related
