Strategy:
Knowledge of planning, building, and implementing digital strategic communication frameworks.
Creatively participate in developing campaigns and projects focused on social networks and digital platforms.
Development of Social Network Strategy in conjunction with the creative team to create communication pillars, the consumer journey, and monthly content (storytelling, design, and copy).
Influencer management:
Development of an influencer strategy that corresponds to the target and audiences, we will establish key messages and general KPIs.
Identification of influencers using our Meltwater tools and 11 posts.
Communication and contact with identified influencers.
Monitoring and management of publications and activities.
Report on the KPIs of influencers' publications: Reach and impressions, Total Engagement, and Engagement Rate.
Customer service:
Ability to identify opportunities for strategic engagement in the client's business related to content production needs.
Keeping up to date with Marketing trends and collaborating closely with client needs is essential to guarantee a comprehensive and coherent strategy in the digital environment.
Social Networks and Community Management:
Programming, publishing, and management of the digital community.
Presentation of monthly reports with the team, exposing monthly metrics (Engagement, Most Engaging Content, Top Posts by platform, Objectives versus results of the month, Organic Results)
Analysis of impacts and situation of the digital community (profiles of people who follow us and their interests).
Analysis of comments and general complaints.
Preparation of learning reports and management improvement (Recommendations and next steps).
Requirements:
Fully bilingual in English is essential and mandatory.
Previous experience in advertising agencies is a must.
Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, social media, advertising, communications, or similar.
Organizational solid project management and remote team management skills.
Creative and strong problem-solving skills.
Extraordinary attention to detail.

Conocimiento de mercados internacionales en social media e influencers.
Bilingue al ingles 100% para presentar a clientes americanos y comunicarse efectivamente.
Supervisión de 8 personas en latam: 1 en brasil, 2 en mexico, 1 en chile, 1 en venezuela, 1 en argentina, 1 en guatemala, 1 en trinidad y tobago.
No necesariamente conocimientos especificos en industriar tech o mobile (abierto a cualquiera B2C y/o B2B).
Conocimiento de gestión de influencers (búsqueda de perfiles adecuados a la marca, investigación de KPI's del influencer en las redes, armado de presentación con opciones, contacto al influencer y brifearlo acorde a las necesidades de la marca/cliente, gestión de dutties, supervisión y cumplimiento del scope of work.
Conocimiento extenso de plataformas digitales en redes es indispensable (cómo operar y publicar en facebook, instagram, X, tiktok, youtube, etc)
Flexibilidad con el horario laboral (de 8am a 5pm MX pero de vez en cuando extendible por la naturaleza de la posición).
Compensación:
Salario base: $45,000 a $56,000 mensuales brutos
Bono anual por performance: 10% del salario anual
Bono por ventas: comisión del 10% al 12% por cada venta o nuevo cliente generado.
