Kick off your career in industrial sales and customer solutions.

Are you passionate about business, technology, and helping clients succeed? Join Siemens as a Sales Trainee and begin a development journey that will take you into the world of industrial sales, commercial strategy, and technical customer engagement.

As part of this program, you'll learn how we deliver value to our customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and understand how to position Siemens solutions in the market.

What you'll do

  • Support the management and follow-up of key accounts alongside the sales team.

  • Conduct market and customer analysis to identify business opportunities.

  • Collaborate on technical proposals, quotations, and bid submissions.

  • Participate in customer meetings and product demos to develop persuasive communication skills.

  • Assist in implementing commercial strategies, including campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts.

  • Use CRM and analytics tools (Power BI, SAP) to track leads, document interactions, and report progress.

  • Learn about Siemens technology portfolio (automation, energy efficiency, digitalization).

  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to shape tailored customer solutions.

  • Contribute with innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

What we're looking for

  • Recent graduate (max. 2 years) in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Interest in sales, customer service, and the industrial sector.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and digital tools.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

  • Ability to collaborate across departments.
