TITLE: Customer Service Data Administrator – Apizaco, Mexico

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Customer Service Data Entry Administrator will be responsible for accurate and timely execution of data entry activities related to the Customer Service Function. Including but not limited to, order entry, inventory search, pricing entry, customer master data management, etc.

The Customer Service Data Entry Administrator will communicate directly with and support the Customer Experience Specialists (CXS) responsible for direct customer accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Order Entry:

·      Accurately input and process customer orders

·      Receive customer order and review for accuracy/”clean order”

·      Communicate with CXS to resolve any order discrepancies that prevent the order from being entered

·      Be proficient in the TIPS (Tieto Integrated Paper Solution) and/or other systems as assigned

·      Match acknowledgement to order to ensure information is accurate

·      Provide customer order acknowledgement

Complaints:

·      Accurately input and process customer complaints

Pricing:

·      Accurately input and process customer pricing

·      Coordinate with Pricing Manager on requested changes, pricing updates, and index reviews

Customer Master Data Management:

·      Maintain and update customer master data

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

·      High School diploma / Technical Degree

·      3-5 years of Customer Service and/or Data entry experience

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:

·      Fluent/proficient English language skills

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Strong attention to detail

·      Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills

·      Proficient in operating systems with ability to adapt to and learn new platforms

·      Client oriented. Must possess understanding that the primary function is customer's satisfaction

·      Ability to work in a team environment, coordinating with CXS multiple times a day

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTS 

·      Position is located at Apizaco plant 

·      Possible travel (10-20%)
