Main Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain compliance with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).

Participate in quality problem-solving using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.

Conduct internal and product audits.

Coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.).

Address and follow up on customer complaints and claims.

Validate new or modified processes and products.

Work closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.

Perform statistical quality analysis (SPC, Cp/Cpk).

Support training and awareness of quality topics for shop floor personnel.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 2–3 years in similar positions (preferably in the [automotive/medical/etc.] industry).

Technical Knowledge:

Quality tools (8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC).

Quality standards

(ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).

Blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.

Use of measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, CMM, etc.).

Experience with internal and external audits.
