? Profile Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering (graduate) in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience managing digital agencies and media providers.

?? Key Challenges of the Role

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies to position the company's products, services, and brand.
• Manage the area's budget, ensuring proper investment and return.
• Execute the annual Digital Marketing plan aligned with global guidelines and business objectives.
• Coordinate campaigns, digital media presence, and SEO/SEM positioning.
• Actively participate in global and regional communication and marketing projects.

• Budget planning and management.
• Definition, monitoring, and analysis of KPIs and digital performance metrics.
• Use of analysis tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reports and insights.
