PRE SALES DESIGNER
Site: One Tower
Modality: Hybrid (70% on site, 30% HO)
Mon to Fri at 9:00 to 19:00 hrs.
Overview
will play a critical role in supporting the Solutions Consultants by managing the bid process from initiation to submission. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills who can work collaboratively to develop compelling proposals that align with client needs and enhance our competitive position
Key Responsibilities
Education and specific training
· Bachelors or higher education degree with business administration, and related careers.
Work Experience
· 3 to 5 years of experience experience in bid management, proposal writing, or presales support, preferably within a BPO or consulting environment.
· Good to have: Experience in BPOs and Technology Industry.
Technical skills
· Advanced English level
· Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or presales support, preferably within a BPO or consulting environment.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting persuasive proposals.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
· Familiarity with BPO services and an understanding of the consultative selling process is a plus.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
· Ability and willingness to challenge the Customer and within Teleperformance.
