Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support one of our sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks whilst supporting our executive with customer service over the phone with clients. This hybrid role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails and scheduling meetings.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with the preparation of sales materials and presentations. - Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Respond to clients' questions and requests via text, email, phone call.
- Resolve clients' concerns and efficiently collaborate for best solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a sales support role.
- 2+ Years of Customer Service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn and adapt.
