Position Title: Sales Development Representative (Recruitment & Staffing industry)
Position Overview:
Location: Remote (Any place in Mexico)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), weekends off.
Reports to: Head Of Operations
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience in the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry, who can build lasting relationships with clients across the U.S. and Canada.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the discovery to closing and post-sale account management. You'll represent our remote recruitment solutions, helping clients in North America find and hire top talent in Mexico and LATAM. This role requires excellent communication skills, consultative selling abilities, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
