Strategic Planning Specialist (Temporary)

Objective

Support the design, implementation and execution of the company strategic initiatives, as well as lead global volume planning activities.

Main Responsibilities

· Global Volume Forecast coordination

· Follow-up on auto industry main trends, business volume and business key variables.

· Assess industry trends to determine any impact to business top line

· Volume planning support in all regions ensuring volume forecast reliability and deep understanding of long-term volume

· Volume budget and business plan activities

· New products analysis and market assessments coordination

· Support the development of strategic initiatives (Strategic Plan deployment, structural components, electric vehicle components, others)

· Support to Global Finance team in volume related reports and presentations and other projects

· Specialized analysis and support on activities such as M&A and PMI, vertical integration, others.

Position Requirements

· Engineering preferred, business administration, supply chain management or related field.

· English Advanced

· MBA is a plus.

· Excel advanced (Pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)

· Knowledge in Tableau is a plus.
