Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Accounting Assistant AP

In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day invoice processing in ERP System. Ensure that every invoice is 100% accurate with its Policies and achieve the stablished Service Level Agreements

Responsibilities

· Process Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order invoices as per the established process.

· Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.

· Pay vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders.

· Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· English - Communicative level or Intermediate

· Relevant domain experience in accounting processes, Accounts payable

· High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage)

· Ability to maintain focus on key business opportunities and apply necessary resources to accomplish objectives.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Effective negotiating skills.
