Event & Experience Lead
Role Description
Leads the design, planning, and execution of both physical and digital events across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean in alignment with Siemens' strategic priorities. Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver immersive experiences that highlight Siemens' purpose-driven innovation, customer focus, and technology leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements event strategies and roadmaps in close alignment with the Communications & Business Development team and Business Units.
- Manages the end-to-end project lifecycle for flagship customer events, plant inaugurations, internal townhalls, summits, tradeshows, and hybrid activations.
- Leads content development and storytelling for events in collaboration with technical experts and stakeholders.
- Designs and proposes physical and digital layouts to effectively showcase Siemens technologies, including interactive experiences, product demos, and partner collaborations.
- Supports physical representation of Siemens' portfolio at industry expos, factory tours, and customer events—experience in showcasing such technologies is highly desirable.
- Oversees logistics, production, venue scouting, digital platforms, branding, and coordination with vendors and agencies.
- Ensures brand consistency and alignment with Siemens' strategic pillars: Sustainability, Digitalization, Customer Impact, and Innovation.
- Drives pre- and post-event communication campaigns to amplify reach and track ROI.
- Monitors KPIs, budgets, vendor performance, and continuously seeks optimization through post-event evaluations.
- Champions innovation in formats, audience engagement, and the use of digital tools and platforms.
- Ensures all events comply with Siemens' policies, safety standards, and legal guidelines.
- Stays informed on global trends in events, hybrid experiences, sustainability in event management, and digital storytelling.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or strategic project management.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing events that showcase industrial technologies.
- Strong organizational, creative, and time management skills; thrives under pressure and with multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, digital event platforms (e.g. TwentyThree), and content development tools (PowerPoint, Miro, Canva, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Siemens' automation, digital industries, or smart infrastructure portfolio.
- Experience with B2B customer journeys, plant tours, and technical exhibition formats.
- Background in project-based environments or technology/industrial sectors.
