Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in International Business or similar
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in similar position
• Knowledge on IMMEX, CERTIVA, PROSEC, Annex 24/30, Customs Law, and International Trade Treaties
• English fluency
• Advanced Excel skills

Responsabilities:

• IMMEX, CERTIVA & PROSEC Management – Manage program compliance, maintaincertificates, apply regime changes.
• Annex 24/30 Inventory & Reporting – Perform monthly inventory reconciliations between
• Data Stage and Annexes; resolve discrepancies; compile regulatory reports.
• Issue Certificates of Origin under FTAs and upload them to clients' webpages.
• Compliance & Audit Support – Assist in internal and external audits, customs inspections, and manage compliance risk.
• Reporting & KPI Monitoring – Generate compliance reports and KPIs, monitor Annex control performance.
• Process Improvement & System Support – Identify workflow improvements, support Annex 24 automation initiatives.
• Regularization of Annex 24.
• Approve the regularization of pedimentos.
• Capture the pedimentos in Annex 24.
• Follow up with the Customs Broker of the regularization pedimentos.
• Review the information of the Fixed Assets both in plant and in documents and correct if necessary.
• Obtain and maintain CERTIVA.
