CLOUD SUPPORT MANAGEMENT ENGINEER

- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or cloud support roles.

Deep expertise in AWS, GCP, and Azure, with ability to troubleshoot, architect, and secure complex deployments

- Extensive experience with Terraform, infrastructure as code (IaC), and managing infrastructure in version-controlled repositories.

- Strong understanding of networking concepts in the cloud, including VPCs, firewalls, DNS, routing, load balancers, VPNs, and hybrid connectivity.

- Certifications required or strongly preferred:

o AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer

o Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect / Engineer

o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the operation and support of cloud infrastructure in AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.

- Manage provisioning, monitoring, performance tuning, and lifecycle management of cloud services and resources.

- Respond to infrastructure incidents and security alerts, identifying root causes and implementing long-term corrective actions.

- Drive continuous improvement efforts in cloud automation, infrastructure as code, and cost optimization.

- Coordinate day-to-day operations related to cloud infrastructure support, including incident response, service requests, and change management.

- Ensure timely resolution of escalated issues while maintaining high service quality and adherence to SLAs.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between infrastructure, DevOps, cloud security, compliance, and software engineering teams.

- Build playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
