Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Address customer queries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Process and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor and track order status, communicating updates to customers as needed.
Address any issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or inventory shortages.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in customer service / order processing
SAP experience
ADVANCED ENGLISH
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
