Students who complete the program become better communicators and thinkers and exit the program with skills that will unlock new career opportunities.


Position Summary

We want to partner with an experienced, high-energy B2B sales and business development representative. This role will be focused on outbound messages to generate new leads, establish relationships with decision makers, and help close new accounts. The role will involve contacting the human resources department and or leadership teams to sell an online language training program for employees who want to acquire new language skills. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (Spanish/English).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

? Serves as the point of contact between the company and the client.

? Daily prospecting (i.e., 50 daily calls) to generate a pipeline of opportunities.

? Qualifying and nurturing pipeline opportunities.

? Selling primarily via Zoom, although some in-person meetings may occur.

? Responsible for assessing a client's needs and finding ways to meet them to maintain good relationships.

? Collaborates with the Managing Director and other team members to resolve partner issues and overcome challenges.

? Ensures partners receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.

? Handling and responding to client complaints, concerns, and questions.

? Increases sales while adding new programs and guarding against attrition of existing enrollments and accounts.

? Grows sales through solution-selling methods and understands changing partner needs.

? Assists the client with enrollment growth via employee meetings

? Coordinates the timely collection of payments and tuition.

? Prepares complete, accurate, and detailed sales reports within established timelines on a weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly basis as needed or requested.

? Develop and implement strategic plans that maximize sales opportunities.

? Drives cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities within the region.

? Continuously identifies opportunities to improve the client experience.


QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

This position's qualifications and skill requirements include:

? 3 to 5 years of relevant sales or partner support experience required.

? Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).

? Interpersonal skills are necessary to work cooperatively and effectively with individuals and groups.

? An effective listener who works and communicates priorities with a positive, solution-oriented mindset, including the ability to influence outcomes.

? Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills across all departments and organizational levels.

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to complete tasks within a cross-functional matrixed environment.

? Adaptable and able to develop a practical view to meet challenges and find solutions.

? Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

? Ability to function well, individually and as part of a team in a high-paced and stressful environment.

? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software.

? Ability to attend evening meetings to accommodate client requests as needed.

? Occasional travel may be required as needed
