The JR Collections Analyst will support the collections process by managing customer communications, resolving outstanding account balances, and maintaining accurate financial records. It requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP systems and Excel, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Reaching out to customers to address and resolve outstanding account balances, while collaborating with Credit, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues and alignment with team objectives..
• Following up on inquiries, requests or complaints, keeping customers updated about progress.
• Performing reconciliations of customer accounts.
• Maintaining back- up function for other team members.
• Maintaining/ Keep updated customer contact information and activity notes in CFORIA.
• Collections team reporting - updating reports with comments.
• Suggesting and implementing process improvements within Collections processes.
• Supporting audit requests and escalating issues to Collections Process/Team Lead or C2C supervisor if necessary.

Required skills and experience

• 6 months of experience in relevant field.
• Good computer skills such as MS office (Advanced excel knowledge).
• Consistent knowledge of ERP systems, reporting tool – Power BI would be preferred.
• Understanding of accounting processes.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Oriented on problem solving, strong hands-on mentality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree within the fields of Economics, accounting or Finance.
• English language at a fluent level.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient person, able to manage stress situations.
