Descripción
The Recruitment Specialist at Afni México plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and engaging work environment by promoting and managing the Employee Referral Program. This role is responsible for driving innovative strategies to enhance referral rates, organizing impactful recruitment events, and ensuring the seamless integration of referred candidates into the hiring pipeline.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Referral Program Innovation and Improvement
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve the Employee Referral Program, driving higher participation and success rates.
- Conduct regular brainstorming sessions and innovation workshops with employees across departments to gather and implement diverse ideas.
- Establish and maintain a structured feedback system to collect and analyze data from referrals, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals.
- Enhance the referral reward system to recognize and incentivize innovative contributions and successful referrals.
- Monitor and communicate referral status, bonuses, and next steps to participants, ensuring transparency and engagement.
Recruitment Event Coordination
- Organize and execute a variety of recruitment events, tailored to different employee preferences (e.g., job fairs, referral contests, meet & greets).
- Integrate feedback from past events to refine planning and execution processes for future initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure recruitment events align with overall organizational objectives and initiatives.
Referral Database Management
- Maintain and update the referral database, ensuring its viability for inclusion in the current hiring pipeline.
- Conduct outreach to referred candidates to assess their availability and confirm they meet the minimum qualifications.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure recruitment targets are met.
Content Development for Referral Program
- Develop and manage a content calendar to plan and schedule referral program promotions on social media and internal platforms.
- Work closely with the Social Marketing Associate to create engaging content that drives employee participation in referral programs and events.
- Encourage and facilitate employee involvement in referral initiatives through creative communication strategies.

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO industry.
Experience working in organizations with 300+ employees (preferred).
- Skills and Competencies:
Strong initiative, creativity, and motivation to drive recruitment success.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions and Environment:
Incumbent works in a temperature-controlled office environment. Incumbent sits at a desk during regularly scheduled work hours; answers and makes telephone calls using a standard telephone; types on a standard keyboard; reads and comprehends information from a computer terminal and/or written resources.
