Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: - 7+ years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering IT solutions within a large retail or e-commerce environment.
- 3+ years of experience as a technical lead manager or similar role, overseeing the implementation and management of IT systems and solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, application management, and system integration, ideally within an omnichannel retail context.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
