Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be a vital part of our growth. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify leads, nurture relationships, and set appointments with prospects who are ready to make the switch to solar.
What You'll Do:
- Generate Leads: Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls and text messages to introduce them to our solar solutions.
- Qualify Prospects: Identify decision-makers, assess their needs, and qualify leads to ensure we're speaking with the right people.
- Schedule Appointments: Set appointments for our sales team to meet with interested prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff and a positive customer experience.
- Nurture Relationships: Maintain strong communication with leads, offering valuable insights about our products and services to keep them engaged.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to refine processes, strategize outreach, and achieve team goals.

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus (but not required)
- A passion for renewable energy and sustainability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to learn and grow in the solar industry
- Advanced English C1-C2 (is a must)
