Ensure O&M compliance and optimize asset performance.
Use digital tools for managing service requests and schedules.
Monitor key metrics like uptime and repair times.
Ensure administrative compliance with vendors.
Profile
5+ years of experience in the energy sector, focusing on operations, maintenance, or field service.
Strong background in Field Service Management and Customer Support.
Proven experience in O&M.
Skilled in managing technical issues and coordinating stakeholders.
Experience with warranties, service contracts, and vendor management.
Proficient in scheduling, dispatching, and using digital tools like CMMS.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
Valid visa for travel to the United States.
