R2R Leader required for a key role in the Accounting & Finance department in the Shared Service Center for LATAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and managing the Record-to-Report process.

Profile

A successful 'R2R Leader' should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of the Record-to-Report process
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of IFRS and internal control principles, both in theory and in practice
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or JDE for the GL modules
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
