We are looking for a Controller.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting, Business or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- SAP know-how and experience with business intelligence solutions.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and the ability to independently develop solutions for current problems.
- Skills: Strategic Decision Making, Service Attitude, Adherence to Standards, Commitment Assume Responsibilities, Result Focus - Achievement of Objectives, Honesty, Organization, Planning.
- Advanced English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support with monthly and annual financial statements, target/actual comparisons, variance analyses, profitability and investment calculations and simulations.
- Focus on financial year planning and ongoing forecasts.
- Communicate with the divisional managers, act as a sparring partner and provide support for ongoing projects.
- Prepare month-end closing of the controller's office.
- Verify together with the user the annual investment plan so that the user can take the correct investment and make a request for the purchase of fixed assets.
- Fill out the investment plan report to keep up to date the amount spent on fixed assets, to know what is pending and if there is excess purchase.
- Participate in annual planning, which consists of three main stages: investment plan, personnel costs and next years' results.
- Follow-up on errors and deviations in the budget with users so that they can make more adequate purchases and investments and, in case of errors, learn from them.
- Advice and support to Finance Manager and Managing Director in financial decisions.
