Ensuring the highest Customer satisfaction by engaging with clients to discuss spare parts orders, availability, and delivery schedules, while also maximizing sales opportunities. Additionally, providing support to the E80 Customer Service Account Managers by addressing spare parts-related inquiries and tasks.
The primary objective of this role is to maintain real-time oversight of spare parts orders and consistently provide proactive updates to customers regarding their orders statuses. Overall, this role plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers have access to the parts they need, when they need them, while also supporting the overall success of the business. The position provides direct day-by-day operational support to the assigned accounts through the responsibilities listed below.
