What can you bring to the role?

?Experience and/or training in product or enterprise software development ?Technical abilities/training in testing, monitoring, and performance tuning ? Full stack development and deployment experience ? Passion for engineering best practices ? Focus on application quality and testing practices like unit, integration and e2e testing ? Strong sense of customer empathy and a commitment to delighting customers ? Ability to work across functional and domain boundaries to deliver software on time and with quality

Length: 1 year. Could go longer depending on project. Team consists of: • Tech Manager • Lead • 4-5 Developers Day to Day: • Start with a stand-up meeting • Engineer work • Team Meeting/Brainstorming • Support – Troubleshoot if there are any issues/concerns to review and work on. • Write and test code • 2-week sprints of Demo and then plan for next phase Most important in a candidate: 1. Must be able to talk competently about code/database. Talk the “craft” and speak “code”. 2. Be excited about technology and coding. Will be asked during interview what their favorite part of technology is. 3. Soft skills are most important. They must be eager to learn and have a passion for what they do.
