The Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services within the retail sector. This position works closely with sales teams to ensure that marketing plans are aligned with sales goals. The Trade Marketing Coordinator also collaborates with advertising agencies and other vendors to execute marketing initiatives. Additionally, they monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure they meet objectives.
RESPONSABILITIES
• Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company <overall objectives and sales goals.
• Creating Promotional Materials: Developing promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content to promote products or services to retailers and consumers.
• Collaborating with Sales Teams: Working closely with sales teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives. This includes providing support for sales initiatives and promotions.
• Monitoring Campaign Performance: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure they are meeting objectives. This may involve analyzing sales data, consumer feedback, and other metrics.
• Managing Budgets: Managing marketing budgets to ensure that resources are allocated effectively, and campaigns are cost-efficient.
• Coordinating with External Partners: Collaborating with advertising agencies, vendors, and other external partners to execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Providing Support to Retailers: Providing support and training to retailers on marketing programs, promotions, and product launches.
• Analyzing Market Trends: Keeping abreast of market trends and consumer preferences to
identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives.
• Reporting: Preparing and presenting reports on marketing campaign performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to management.
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
+3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles is required.
Experience in trade marketing or working with retailers may be preferred.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Advanced English.
SKILLS
Advanced presentation, project management and budget control skills
Proficiency in creating visualizations, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate data-driven insights.
Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom to coordinate with team members and external partners.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data using analytics tools to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
Self-motivated and comfortable in dynamic fast-moving organization.
