Job Offer:

Base salary: $13,000mxn

Work Zone: Alcaldía Benito Juárez, CDMX - On site

Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

(2 days off on weekend)

Roles:

Answer inbound calls and handle middle and back office activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.

Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.

Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI's.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Customer service oriented.

At least 6 months in Call center

Advanced English (written and spoken).
