Position Activities:

• Communication between the client and the Development and Operations area.
• Follow-up on key client requests.
• Support in implementations for new clients.
• Minor technical advice in labor issues.
• Ensuring compliance with key client requests.
• Submitting client requests and providing responses

Position requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, International Relations, or a related field.
• Advanced Mandarin Chinese
• Experience in costumer service
