The main purpose of this position is provide a reliable analysis of the financial performance of the Personal Lending Business to improve profitability and elaboration of several projections, forecast, outlooks and planning. It is also a business partner and participates actively in some forums and meetings. This position collaborates also in the construction of annual plan, interim revisions (MYF), CCAR, ad-hoc analysis requested by Business Head as well as performance analysis of actuals vs all different forecasts.
· Support Business in the different financial deliverables,
· Ability to propose strategic solutions with the objective of fulfilling the Business Plan
· Ability to manage expectations and escalate problems and results
· Building partnerships with the Finance team
· Minimum 3 -5 years of experience working in Finance
· Strategic planning, and budgeting functions desirable.
· BS// BA o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
· Fluent in English and Spanish (both oral and written)
· Advanced skills in excel
