ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN MATERIAL PLANNING
We are seeking talents for our Alce Blanco Plant (CDMX) for the position of
Administrative Assistant in Material Planning
Start date: as soon as possible.
Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours.
Profile: College graduated (any major). Ideally Chemical or industrial Engineering.
Experience in analytical methods, product release and administration of regulatory standards.

AS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT YOU WILL:
Love leading, from a technical point of view the implementations of changes in materials, as well as the interaction with providers.
Develop and support execution of manufacturing projects and ensure timely processes' execution.
Charge of the administration of master data and technical specifications of the product.
Interact with the R&D team located in Germany and USA.
Identify potential opportunities in the plant and explore new plans for making sustainable and savings projects.
Maintain current tracking reports, lead business reviews and ensure process on time compliance.
Partner with business leaders to drive strategic business growth.

Mexican citizenship, currently living in Mexico City
College graduated (any major). Ideally Chemical or industrial Engineering.
Proven ability to communicate English (written and spoken).
Clear ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office package
Experience in analytical methods, product release and administration of standards and regulations
