MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR-HEALTH CARE
We are seeking talents for CDMX, MTY, Acapulco and GDL for the position of:
Merchandising Coordinator-Health Care.
Start date: as soon as possible.
Work schedule: Full time.
Profile: College graduated Ideally Marketing, Commercial Engineer, or Administration.
Qualifications: 4 or 5 years similar position. Expertise on Sales, trade marketing, fieldwork, negotiation with pharmacies, retailers and distributors, planograms, returns.

You will have the chance to be responsible for maximize the visibility and availability of all CH product portfolio, including the consolidation of the visibility of dolo-neurobion, Dolo neurobion OTC and vivera. Consolidation of a systematic process that allows Merck CH merchandising force and perfect execution at high standards. Development of visibility programs for coordinators and merchandisers, to ensure the achievement of sale out targets.
Have the initiative to handle negotiations with customers on modern trade, to have additional spaces
Supervision of POS activities at drugstores and supermarkets nationwide to verify the presence of products at the point of sale.
We would love you to prepare and send reports to their manager about the requirements and activities in pharmacies and all POS, as well as the needs of their staff.
Deep understanding in negotiations with retail and pharmacy chains, in order to avoid out of stocks.
Align with the Environmental Management System according to what applies at the area and / or Department of Labor.
You will own the training of the sales force and pharmacy staff, for our main products in point of sales.

4-5 years of experience in a similar position.
Graduated from any Bachelor's Degree.
Technical mastery and interpersonal /communication skills.
