DataZone is looking for: Collector
To contact customers via phone in order to collect past due balances on their ALLDATA credit accounts. Give credit orientation to customers. Provide resolution to invoice and statements requests and direct costumers calls. Analyze on hand information prior to contact customers to be able to answer customer questions related to their ALLDATA account balances.
Primary Accountabilities
- Making phone calls to collect payments from ALLDATA customers
- Phone assistance to ALLDATA billing costumers
- Resolution to invoice and statements requests
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Bilingual, excellent spoken English and communications skills
- Costumer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure and team worker
- Preferred: Computer skills, Collections experience and Call Center experience.
