Lead the Pac Finance Department in the development and implementation of financial strategies related to business Plans contributing towards the achievement of the company objectives
Financial strategies development related with strategic and annual plans according with the Corporate guidelines to achieve Pac México financial results
Ensure statutory accounting and fiscal responsibilities in a timely manner and to represent the company in financial banking, legal and related matters
Keep product cost and expenses in check as an ongoing process at any time, to maintain a competitive and profitable product price structure
Timely reporting of financial, treasury and accounting reports, according Pac global reporting policies to General Manager, Corporate and Home Office.
Participate and ensure effective implementation of the internal control procedures to provide the successful financial control of all the affiliate operation and utilization of assets.
Develop monthly and annual forecast, and guidelines and policies. Ensure compliance with business result ad implement contingency plans to financially safe guard affiliate against the volatility of the Mexican Economy.
Direct the Credit and collection and risk management activities of Pac Mexico and control the cash resources in a manner that minimizes the exposure to the Company.
Must be apprised on the most recent changes and developments in local customs and tax regulations to take full advantage of changes that impact Pac México Operations
Deep knowledge of each department of the company in order to ensure the compliance with internal control and procedures and the impact on each one of the business and financial decisions.
