Talent Acquisition Specialist I

The Global Talent Acquisition team drives talent acquisition best practices across all Business Units and aspires to deliver best in class talent acquisition solutions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist, will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process supporting our businesses in the Mexico, covering 2 sites. In addition, the successful candidate will provide consulting to business unit on search strategies and manage or participate on project teams for staffing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, with an outgoing personality, high energy, ability to adapt to a changing environment, a strong process and organizational focus and a willingness to learn. This role will be functionally aligned to support our open positions across the various businesses based in Mexico.

?Bachelor's degree preferred.
?1-3 years of recruiting experience.
?Ability to read and write in proficent English language.
?Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including candidate management and interview process management.
?Success in consulting and managing key stakeholders during the full recruitment life-cycle.
?Self-directed with high-level of initiative and strong work ethic.
?Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
?Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices.
?Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
?Strong client focus with the ability to interface with and support hiring managers at all levels.
?Exceptional communications skills.
