High-energy full-time individual to support our Internal ERP financial applications. The person in this role will wear many hats: application support, business analyst, and server support. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, have a strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and have a customer centric attitude.
The job responsibilities include taking support calls from our ticketing system, working the issue from beginning to completion, excellent troubleshooting techniques, document processes, working closely with ERP business users and 3rd party vendors to perform installation/deployments to servers. The position is a critical role within our company; a liaison between the departments. - Maintain/Update existing Application environments
- Learn and support our internal Epicor ERP (E10) and several other applications that we have integrated
- Build relationships and support business users
- Work with 3rd Party Vendors to resolve issues
- Support Internal Customers (business users) via ticketing system
