Bilingual Technical support for computer and devices Specialist
Interact with customers and provide solutions and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services; Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software and connectivity issues; Research required information using available resources; Follow standard processes and procedures; Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software; Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Basic Troubleshooting skills (hardware and software).
- Ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to handle difficult or irate customers.
- Working experience/knowledge of desktop PC, Notebooks and peripheral devices.
- Good communication Skills.
- Over 90% of English knowledge, speaking,Reading and writing skills.
