Joining the TUI Destination Experiences Team as Business Support Admin Cashier, your position is accountable to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures for error-free cash register operations and payment processing. You will interact with a multi-cultural team; strong verbal communication skills to interact calm and professional manner with difficult situations .
As a first filter to prevent financial risks you will provide administrative support across the organization with professionalism and putting a smiling face always.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Business support admin cashier you will be responsible for taking money in different cash currencies and credit cards from excursions sales in the form of Liquidation; which will be reported by Service Delivery Representatives. Maintain 100% accuracy of cash register, ensuring accurate and authorized company paper work is used and make sure all payments transactions are carried out with precision and efficiency.
Dedicated and meticulous with high level of accuracy and attention to detail when registering expense and have control of reports received by different members of TUI.
You will follow up the outstanding liquidations, analyze representative debts and support in the control of cash deposits.
You will be first point to ensure policies and process are followed up to avoid risk to the company.
You will be performing daily cash reconciliations; you will be subject to reviews from the finance team. You support in managing the processes required to align the business support administration as well as ensuring all procedures are implemented in line with the TUI DX policy and audit guidelines.
