Quality Management System
a. Process confirmation of standards. Ensure adherence to standards ALR, EWS, LPA, PQIs, changeover checklist, process change management, escalation management through DRS, reports, 5S, material identification, 14Q Principles, safety standards, etc.
b. Confirm compliance to DMD, VVt, capability in all process (Process and product specifications)
c. Standardize PQIs, ensure completeness and that they are up-to-date.
d. Training of production associates based on PQI/TWI.
a. Clear identification of bottleneck.
b. Shiftly process confirmation for total and machine cycle time and performance of the bottleneck.
c. Hourly count, technical losses properly documented and follow up all real failures.
d. Regular confirmation per shift that bottleneck neither starves nor stuffs.

a. Review TOP 3-5 problems (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost) of previous day and assigns responsible and due dates for TOP items.

c. Ensure proper documentation (yellow cards, PSS, OPL) for problems that require further follow-up.
a. Own and drives the NUrel PDCA for own production lines. Steering of all necessarily activities from supporting departments (MFP, MQE, TEF, suppliers, etc.) to achieve NUrel targets.
b. Ensures production control system is established and runs stable.
c. Provides input for the definition of System-CIP projects on Value Stream level. Drives the execution and follow-up of Make System-CIP projects.
d. Proficiency in BPS principles and methods as production control, quick changeover, 5S, etc.
e. Problem solving techniques in order to ensure sustainable problem solving from own team and from supporting departments/suppliers.
Continuous monitoring of inventory accuracy, understand the sources of discrepancies, solve systematical problems, ensure on time SAP bookings of material movement and scrap.
Full understanding of the calculation logic of the main KPIs and development of a plan in the areas of big leverage of influence.
