· Coordinate internal and external audits, follow-up corrective action plans, report status internally and externally; perform compliance audits; control quality documentation system.
· Assure implementation of IATF16949 , customer and Bosch system requirements
· Implementation of central Quality tools, promote Quality awareness into CeaP.
· Plant specialist in PFMEA and Control Plan.
Moderate meetings with Value Streams for creation or modifications of flowcharts, control plans and PFMEA's.
? Plan, lead and perform internal audits to ensure compliance of Quality System with internal and external requirements.
? Ensures completion on time of corrective actions derived from non-conformities, opportunities.
? Systematically analyze trends, results, to identify areas of improvement.
? Reports Audit results, Quality System performance to Top Management.
? Lead CeaP internal preparation for external audits (customer, IATF-16949, etc.)
? Participate in Divisional Audits to other plants as required.
? Compliance to IATF-16949.
? Ensures compliance to IATF-16949
? Ensures Document process is carried out according to internal/ external regulations.
? Maintain the Quality System documentation up to date
? Review external directives, regulations, requirements and assign to CeaP experts to assure compliance.
? Lead initiatives to improve processes and documentation.
? Leadership/ CptM
? Develop initiatives for Quality awareness, follow up to current programs (i.e. Q 1st).
? Identify training needs in CptM and addresses those opportunities on time
? Coach and give mandatory trainings in FMEA/CP/QMS topics (TQ011,TQ012, process map, etc)
? PFMEA and Control plan
? PFMEA/CP moderation, lead CeaP core team and other groups to create and update FMEA and Control plan, ensuring compliance with internal and customer standards.
? FMEA and CP process confirmation (Line walk).
? Document Control and records according to Bosch regulations.
? Ensure recommended action process is implemented. Track, monitor, escalate, etc. actions defined from PFMEA.
? Define methods, standardize practices, processes in CeaP
? Reporting, Continuous Improvement, Functional Excellence
? Lead data driven team, with periodic reviews of KPI's/A3 that highlight focus areas and actions through PDCA cycle.
? Follow up to activities and action plans derived from KPI's/A3.
? Periodically report results to Management (i.e. PQM) and systematically analyze and improve.
? Continuous Communication with other plants and Divisions. Perform Benchmarking activities to continuously improve CeaP processes
? Participate in Bosch initiatives and support quality and environmental plant goals.
? Initiates CIP process reviews and leads procedures and instruction updates for the area.
? Deployment and training in CeaP of Quality tools such are: Quality Basics, LPA, etc.
? Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Product Launch
? PPAP package assembly and PSW submission for approval to customers
? Quality responsible in Q(G)Cs for new products / applications
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline (Electronics, Mechatronic, Mechanic, Physics or Industrial Engineering)
? Master's degree in engineering desirable
? + 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing or quality, preferably in automotive industry and customer specific requirements
? Trainings TQ011, TQ012, TQ013
? Substantial product and manufacturing process knowledge.
? Training in core tools, IATF 16949, CQI and VDA 6.3
? Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5xWhy, 6Sigma/Shainin, ...)
? Customer specific requirements and customer portals
? Knowledge in Quality tools such as Quality Basics, LPA, QAM, special characteristics, etc.
Communication/negotiation skills, high initiative, independent style of working, ability to work under pressure, structured & analytical approach, accountability/ reliability
