What you will be doing:
As an airport/sales rep, you will be responsible for accompanying our guests from arrival by giving them all the necessary information they need to start their holiday experience with TUI. From departure transfer on vans/buses consisting of 2 to 50 people you will be responsible for delivering a world class service at all times. Taking a proactive involvement in delivering in-house company sales along with all other relevant information around the destination whilst on their journey to their chosen hotels is a must. A great handle on customer service and public speaking is paramount. Assisting with guest's bags, fixing any issues on the way to general customer service duties will make you stand out from the crowd. Within your role, you`ll ensure that you are always visible for our guests at the airport/on transfer and give an excellent guest experience throughout their journey with us.
What we are looking for:
? An individual passionate about service, sales
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve guest problems on the spot.
? Flexible working hours to support our guests on a shift Pattern to include afternoons, evenings & nights
? Someone who speaks English (other European languages would be a plus, German, French, Dutch, Polish)
? A culturally intelligent individual who enjoys working in an international environment
? Excellent communication skills
