What's an individual job posting?

An individual job posting is a product for companies with a need to publish just one job posting for 7 days and require to have access and control of the job seekers database related to the posting.

Once published, the job posting will be available to more than 250,000 jobseekers that access the OCCMundial website everyday looking for a job; Whether they enter directly through www.occmundial.com or any partner property like Prodigy/MSN, Yahoo, ESMAS.COM or similar.

How do I publish an individual Job Posting?

• If you choose to publish an individual Job Posting the first thing to do is let us know that this is your first time with us.

• First time users will need to create a Login Account and register their company information with logo in GIF format. If you do not add any logo, the system will use the Company Name for the header of the job posting.

• After logging in you will be asked to describe the job posting with data like: location, employment type, description of the job posting, salary , etc. Before proceeding to payment options you must be sure that all information provided is correct since after payment you will NOT be able to edit it again.

• Payment is the final step. We support VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards for the online payment.

• Once the charge to the credit card is processed, the individual Job posting will be published on the site for 7 days and you will be able to manage it through the virtual Recruiters' Office.

The Virtual Recruiters' Office allows you to publish and manage your individual job posting with options like:

Add a new job posting:

Add all required information to publish a new job posting. Make sure that all information is correct since once the job posting is paid for you will not be able to change it.

Job posting manager:

Check and review all the queries and job seekers' applications you receive during the time your individual job is posted. When you click on the name of the posting, you will be able to see it exactly as jobseekers do.

You can end your job posting at any time or wait for the system to do it after 7 days of being online. We will keep a record of every single job you post on our system, so you can reuse it any time you want.

To find candidates online you have the following search options:

• You can use the following filters to narrow the number of jobseekers that applied for your job posting, and view those you are most interested in:
    Job Seeker location (country, state y/o city)
    Contract type (Full time, part time, permanent, hourly)
    Graduate level
    Availability to relocate or travel
    Spoken languages
    Experience
    Personal Interests
    Gender
    Studies or International experience
    Desired salary

• When you view a jobseeker's resume you will be able to:
    Send an email to the candidate
    Convert the resume to PDF and save it on your PC
    View the abilities the candidate has added to his resume for other recruiters.
    Generate a virtual interview
    Send a personalized email letter per candidate or Job posting.

Autoresponse:

The system is configured to send an autoresponse email to all jobseekers that apply when the job posting is closed, deactivated or deleted. OCCMundial allows all recruiters to personalize the content of the message or use the predefined templates.

Personal Data:

Add or modify the recruiter's personal information associated to the job posting or hide that information when adding the job posting information. The recruiter contact information can be kept confidential, however, the company name will always be the header of the individual job posting.

Cost and payment options for an individual Job posting:

• The cost of an individual job posting is $1,800.00 Mexican Pesos plus tax (I.V.A.). The only payment option is through our web page with Visa or MasterCard credit cards.

• This procedure is completely secure since we use VeriTest certificates to encript credit card transactions and information.

Important recomendations before posting your job:

• It is extremly important that you review and double check the job posting information before payment, once paid for you will not be able to make changes.

• Salary information should be entered without "," or "." to avoid publication errors. For example: ten thousand should be entered as: 10000

• When you click on the job posting name you will see it as jobseekers would (even before it gets published). If you require any changes, just select it and click the "edit" button.

• If you do not have or do not provide a company logo the system will use your company name as the header of your job posting.
