Position Key Objective

Support and follow up to ensure excellent driver Safety, Quality, Traffic Coordination and Tracking Loads through the use of our onboard computer system and associated monitoring systems developing projects to reach the targets.

Mainly Activities

Safety

• Monitoring the driver safety performance using our computer systems and associated monitoring systems.
• Support on training about SAFETY USA regulations (DOT / FMCSA).
• Performs data analysis to improve the service to our customers about Safety,Quality, Cost and CTPAT regulations.
• Support on new projects development to reduce Operative Cost such as Fuel, Tolls, Truck Productivity.

Traffic

• Tracking of truckloads for inbound and outbound with customers, manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
• Maintain and ensure system is on time updated on shipment information, pick ups, rates and deliveries.
• Support traffic activities to comply with company and customer needs and methods auditing carrier performances.
• Prepare application and permits for border crossing of import / export, including control certifications and licenses (documents control).
• Maintain logs and compile information on routes, rates and services on various vendors.
• Analyze and report on logistics performance.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Undergraduate (last year) - Logistics/ Infustrial Engineering
• Proficient Communications Skill in English
• Experiencie using MSExcel
• Knowledge with development process, Quality Assurance
• Experience NOT necessary
